Your piece will be crafted and shipped within 5-7 working days from the day you made the order.
Whether it be for you or as a gift, having a well fitting ring is so important! That's why I've created a guide to get your perfect ring size here on the Little Moments Jewellery site.
Can't find the perfect size? Contact me and we can do a custom fit for you.
All Little Moments Jewellery pieces are shipped with tracked shipping to make sure they arrive safe and sound!
Buying your items as a gift to send directly? Let me know by selecting it from the Extras section and I can make sure there's no listing of costs in the parcel, and that your items are beautifully wrapped.
I will replace your incorrect or damaged order for free. Happy customers and a positive experience are my number one priority, I am always happy to help.
I ask that you please send me a photo of your item so that I am able to verify the damage.
You've changed your mind? That's ok!
If your order hasn't yet been shipped, contact me and I can reimburse you the full amount, no worries.
If you order has been shipped, contact mein the first 14 days after purchasing and return it within 14 days of contacting me and I can reimburse you for the full cost of the item/s. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Shipping throughout Australia varies, so for the best estimation of you delivery time, contact me directly, or use the Australia Post website. Below are approximations for each state:
ACT: 2 business days
NSW: 3 business days
VIC: 3-4 business days
QLD: 2-5 business days
NT: 14-15 business days
SA: 2-5 business days
WA: 4-9 business days
TAS: 3-5 bussiness days
Having a clean and polished piece is so important to me, and often stamping it ruins the cleanliness of the design. Any pieces large enough for a non-distruptive stamp will have one, however if the piece is small and delicate I will usually choose not to stamp it.
If it has been three days since your parcel was due, first check:
- Whether the parcel has been accepted the parcel on your behalf
- Tracking details (if purchased)
- The address details
- Known delays with Australia Post
After checking this, contact me.
Contact me, and we can organise shipping back to me, and either a new ring to be sent out or a refund (minus the cost of shipping).
Let me know as soon as you realise by emailing me (Littlemomentsjewellery@gmail.com) so that we can change the shipping address before it is sent.
If the item has been sent, still email me to let me know and I'll see what I can do.
In the extras section you can select Rush Order from the Extras page which means I will work on your order next and get it shipped earlier than usual.
No matter how long you've had your pieces, contact me if you ever have any problems and we will work to fix it.
