SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
All of my jewellery is made specially for you, from the time you place your order. I try to post all orders withing two weeks of when you place your order. If you need your pieces faster, let me know and we'll see what we can do.
SHIPPING METHOD AND TIME
Each piece is securely wrapped in multiple layers of fine packing foam, and posted in a rigid cardboard mailer.
Shipping time will vary depending on state and country. Please check AusPost for estimates and updates.
TRACKING AND EXPRESS SHIPPING
All items are sent through tracked shipping, and express shipping is available at checkout.
RETURNS
If you're ever having second thoughts and would like to return your items, let me know within a week of receiving it and I will arrange a full refund of your item, minus shipping and a $5 handling fee.

I'm always happy to answer any questions you might have about custom works, because they're one of my favourite pieces to make. They mean the most. Just contact me using the Contact Us form and we'll go from there.
PROCESSING TIME
As custom pieces vary the processing time will also varying depending on the tools, materials and techniques required. For an estimate on the processing time of your piece, contact me here.
DESIGNING
If you know what you want, great! Contact me and I'll put a quote together. If you'd like a little help, we can work on your designs together and create something beautiful. I do charge a design fee of $60 that covers initial discussions and designs.
DEPOSITS
Before beginning work I do ask for full payment of the piece we have designed. This allows me to buy any materials, tools and other supplies that I need for the work.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you have paid your deposit and have decided against moving forward, let me know as soon as possible. This will allow me to stop work, and only charge what I have worked to.
Unfortunately due to the unique nature of custom pieces I do not accept returns.

Little Moments Jewellery was created with mindfulness as it's goal, so making sure that your experience with myself and my jewellery is a calm and positive one is so important to me, and not just after you've received your new piece. I'm always here to answer any questions you have, at any point through browsing, purchase and ownership.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Data Collection: Your name and address will be collected upon purchase to allow me to send your items, however neither will be stored outside Personally, I will collect your name and address, and neither will be stored outside of Wix.
Data Retention: When you order through this site, you order information is kept unless you ask me to delete it.
Data Use: Personal details will not be used or sold for any other purpose than the sale and shipment of your pieces. Payments are made using Squarespace and PayPal, please see their linked pages for more details.
COPYRIGHT AND PHOTO USE
All of my photographs are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.5 License, meaning that you're free to share these images (but not sell them), just give credit to Little Moments Jewellery and this site.
